It's not Americans as a people that's the problem; it's just that USA's foreign policy has been the cause of many problems around the world. If the Americans had just stuck to Wilson's 14 points, there wouldn't be a problem. However, with the more recent trend of "policing" the world, USA has become a problem. USA has been guilty of promoting dictatorships all over the world, especially in Latin America. In fact, an American school trains most of these dictators. In addition, USA has been supplying dictators with weapons to surpress rebel forces in these countries (made up mostly of the repressed and impovished) . Even Osama was trained by the Americans. Frankly, speaking for the rest of the world, we are quite tired of your neo-imperialist ways. The hypocrisy of American foreign policy is frustrating as no one can stand up to it - not when America choses to just ignore the dictates of United Nations and proceeds with their "War on terrorism", which in my opinion, is just an extention of the imperialism that America was supposed to have sworn off after world war two. (this is supported by the fact that Iraq had NOTHING to do with Al Quaida. )

Has it occured to you Thelma, that labeling a sterotype on a person just because of their intellect and trashing them is discrimination? You say that the gaijin geeks should not be able to pursue japanese women because somehow, they are not "good enough" for them. You insinuate this exceedingly judgmental and highly offensive statement without any support behind it all the while upholding a "holier than thou" attitude that's based on your being female. In case you haven't noticed, the world we live in is an sexually equal society; women don't have any more rights than men and vice versa. Being female does not entitle you to slander a whole echelon of society as you please. I dont' know what people do in America but where I live, looks and intellegence do not disqualify a person from going after a girl. In addition, your standards regarding what is attractive do no hold true for all women. Besides, some women LIKE geeks; is that also wrong in your ideal society? You claim to be self assured but at the same time, you are extremely bothered by the gaijin's pursuit of women who are attractive to them. I assume that your delicate sensibilities were disturbed because you think you are somehow "better" than asian women with no breast and no posterior yet men seem to favour them. Well, has it occured to you the japanese women that the guys go after don't spout noxious insults at the guys they meet?. Being attractive doesn't give you the right to be nasty and you do have this alarming tendency to trample their pride into the ground. Lastly, how is self defense against unjust accusations a form of verbal rape? After you've put down everyone who objected to your almighty views in such a harsh manner, perhaps you're the one who's guilty of "crimes like rape".
